ABVIDEOARCADES Virtual Pinball 1300 PINBALL Games in 1 AND 307 classic 80s games with trackball- Full Size Machine Classic

FedEx delivered the machine i paid for white glove service since i wanted to have it on the second floor of home. the men showed up and could not bring it in the home. They said that they were not movers.so if you get white glove service then the box will have to be able to be wheeled into your home it ended in the garage. then i had to hire a movers to get it up stairs. The unit was unboxed and set up amazed at quality of the machine it is well built and plays with out any defects even after the FedEx turned every witch way the packing was great and had no damage.

These are great systems with so many games built in you could hardly ever play them all. No Wi-Fi connection or subscriptions just pure pinball fun.

recently purchased a virtual pinball machine for my husband's 60th birthday, and I can honestly say it has exceeded every single one of our expectations! From the moment it arrived, it's been the absolute highlight of our home. This machine is truly better than we could have ever imagined. The games are incredibly engaging, the graphics are stunning, and the gameplay is so realistic, it feels like we have a full arcade in our living room. Beyond the fantastic product, the service we received was incredible. The team went above and beyond, dedicating ample time to ensure we were able to set it up correctly and that we were comfortable with all the features. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly shone through. We highly, highly recommend this virtual pinball machine and the wonderful people behind it. If you're looking for a fantastic product and a seamless, supportive experience, look no further. Great people and a truly wonderful machine!

Great experience! I was a little nervous buying something this big and expensive without seeing it first, but after talking to Sam a couple times I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger. Very solidly packed and shipping was no problem. This unit is very large and heavy, you'll need a plan to get it to your final resting place. Once I got it set up and running, LOVE IT!! Sam was also great for any follow up questions. The Pinup-Popper system is a bit confusing at first if you have never used it before, but just play around with it for a while and it's no problem. Overall I highly recommend this unit from ABVideoArcades.

I received the first pinball machine on a Monday and opened the box later that evening to find out that the back of the unit was broken. I worked with tech support the next day to see if the unit was somewhat working and if it was possible to send replacement parts for the broken pieces (wood). We got the machine to power up with video working, but no audio. Tech support provided instructions for removing the top glass piece to get into the unit where more internal damage was discovered, making the unit unusable. This was determined on Wednesday the same week. Tech support contacted the owner about the situation. They agreed that the unit was unusable and started working with FedEx to make a damage claim (I provided pictures taken of the box and damage found). It is now about 2 1/2 weeks later and the claim with FedEx is still pending. BUT, the owner immediately started working on shipping a replacement unit at no additional charge in the meantime. Due to a holiday the next week, the new unit was shipped out on the following Wednesday after thorough testing and extra packaging. The replacement unit arrived on the following Tuesday (this past Tuesday). I unpacked the new unit BEFORE signing for it. The replacement unit looked good and is working great. It is rare to find a company willing to send a replacement for anything until after the original is returned. But, ABVideoarcades did just that. I still have the original unit in my garage so that it can be returned once the damage claim with FedEx is settled and have a new replacement working unit in the mean time.

The volume and variety of games on this machine is astounding. The workmanship is solid. In our playing of the machine, we have only run into a couple of issues that were quickly addressed by the support team. This is an amazing video pinball machine that has become the center of the game room. Everyone in the family is able to find games on this table they love to play. The support has been tremendous, and we cannot thank you enough!

I always wanted one of these multi game systems but pinball was always our most favorite by far… When I saw this? It was a no brainer! It is the best entertainment system hands down! All the video games, pinball galore and the juke box function with music videos & concert footage. We are beyond thrilled!!! If you love pinball & video games, this is the ticket! Lacks instructions, but an afternoon of exploring & we pretty much figured it out. I highly recommend, well worth the investment!

So many great pinball machines to play. The choices are endless. I don't know what dictates the width of the upper section, but 31 inches would be better than 31 and 3/4 inches. I had to take off the door and the trim and it slid in with NO room to spare. I don't know what I would have done if my door had been an 1/8 of an inch less. After that, no issues setting it up and playing pinball!

Unit arrived in great condition, very simple installation and almost immediate response to questions. Highly recommend.

I was a little concerned when I saw the shipping manifest and saw that the package weighed 320lbs, but I assumed it would be in pieces and, therefore, allow me to move it to its final spot relatively easily. It was not. Besides the four legs, it was in 1 piece. It took three people to move this AFTER we took the top portion off and disconnected the cables. But once it was in place, I was very happy with it. The screen is a bit dark at times. I'm not sure if there's a settings option, but that would be helpful to know if there is. The sheer amount of pinball games and arcade games is mind-boggling! Disregard the ones I'll never play, it will still take me a long time ever to get bored with this!!

Navigation to save favorites is a little 'clunky' but once you figure it out it goes smoothly. Love the look of the old pinball games and the newer ones all on the same system. Take time to explore your favorites. Saving them to your favs will save a ton of time.

Sam and Jorge are very helpful. Make sure you specify which style of images the game is wrapped in as it may not be as appears in photos. Sam is sending replacement stickers but I don't think it will be easy to apply. My model was the $3995 virtual pinball game with 80's arcade games.

The pinball system is really quite impressive. From the sheer size of it being "substantial", we immediately knew that this thing was the real deal. Once on it's legs, and powered up, we played a few quick games. It is easy to navigate (much easier than Legends, which we have as a tiny neighbor to this one). The number of games is amazing. Everthing I could ever hope for! There is even jukebox to play some sweet tunes. Worth every penny. Might get another one to cut the wait times down here.

Just got it going today. It was a hit for Christmas! Love all the games. Don't know if we will every be able to play them all!

Product: Tremendous value! Games are comprehensive of every system and era of gaming. You will be pleasantly surprised as you scroll through the thousands of options. Pinball games are phenomenal; I have to convince myself they are virtual. Even the flippers and actuator lag for each manufacturer and each release are emulated. The FX3 ones are better than the real thing as they add graphics and animation (magic comet tails, transparency, etc to the balls that improve gameplay, especially the multi ball). Only thing you don't get is the upkeep and maintenance of a gravity-steel ball pinball game. Only thing that would make this better is the ability to plug in different inceptors/controllers into the system (for shooting, driving, etc type games). Company: All positive: order shipped well packaged to doorstep in under 2 weeks; customer service and technical support are not only US cell phone numbers that answer and call back, but also can receive images via text. Very responsive and committed to the customer.

I shopped around for awhile but kept coming back to the pinball machine at ABvideo arcade. It is built extremely well, has a great selection of tables including ones I played in an arcade when I was a teen. Shipped very well packaged with no damage at all, all the way to Kentucky. Sound is great with the amplifier used and it has a jukebox in the selections as well as the arcade games. Support was excellent getting back to me with any questions I had. Would highly recommend this company and am very satisfied with my purchase. Dave M.

We will never be bored with pinball again! The touch of the games is great. It’s easy to adjust to the slight digital flipper lag. The classic 80’s games are a pleasant bonus. Finding California Speed and Crazy Taxi brought back fond memories!
