Excellent all round. The Q&A at the start of the process, with no hard sell. The ordering process and delivery confirmation process The actual delivery and help (with a greased FedEx Palm) getting it into my basement bar. The setup instructions (including the additional information on setting up a favorites menu - very helpful when 4600 games) The gameplay and feelings of nostalgia - sure VR and Meta Quest headsets are great but there is nothing better than pitting your whits at XXX (Insert favorite retro game here) against your friends and family IRL !!
Jorge with ABvideoarcades was awesome!!! He delivered the game on time and set it up within minutes of arrival in our arcade room, very professional and showed us how to cycle through the games. Our family plays the arcade every night, the grandkids love the shooting games and it is a party favorite on the weekends. This is what you want. The game is very well built and looks great. It has over 4500 games along with shooting games. The guns have solenoids that "kick" when you shoot. It comes in at 230lbs so you know its stout and a professional game. The instructional videos are easy and customer service is very responsive after the fact. The power switch is in the back so you might want a power strip for easier "on-off" switching. This is the real thing, it has a real coin slot and catcher that you can enable if you choose. The sound is also great and can be adjusted. It has multiple color LED lighting that can be adjusted with a separate remote. We are very happy with this purchase.
Awesome units. A ton of older nostalgic games that I grew up playing in the 80/90s. Graphics are great, controls are super responsive and fun. I was nervous about making a big purchase online for something like this, but I was really happy I did. They are not scammers at all and a legit high end arcade company The team was super responsive and answered all my questions. Honestly, I’d email or text and I’d get someone to call me within a couple hours and then send me a YouTube video. Really put my mind at easy

Purchase process was really simple, took a couple of messages and calls but Sam was on top of it and easy to work with. Shipping was super quick, 6 days from order to my front porch. Game play is very authentic, pretty much as I remember my old favorites from early 80’s. Finding what you are looking for is a bit of a challenge with almost 4600 games. The cabinet looks great and arrived in great shape. Really happy with my game!

This machine is Super Sexy!! 😀 I still can’t believe what I have. I’m a guy in my 50’s, so I grew up when arcades were hot. These games are the same, even the same music. The gun is heavy duty & the aim is spot on, it’s incredible. I hemmed & horned for a while, kept asking these guys a bunch of questions before my purchase, and they always answered very friendly. Loads of fun
Arcade looks great and is really fun. It was extremely difficult to get into the house due to how big and heavy it was but once it was in place, it filled up the room perfectly. Besides a few scratches on the front, it looks amazing. The screen is so large and the arcade has so many games to choose from. I loved working with the company that sent it because they answered all my questions before and after the purchase. Great buy!
Our unit arrived on time. It was packaged very well. As a result, it was in MINT condition. Start up was super easy. Took a little time to adjust to the multiple buttons but that was expected. Game graphics and play are a direct throwback to our "80s" arcade days. VERY HAPPY with this gameroom addition!

All I have to do is remember a game from the 80’s arcades and next thing you know, I’m playing it! You also have to appreciate how well thought out the cabinet is designed; from placement of the electronics and sound, to the sturdiness of the cabinet. Also, spend a little more and get the guns! Once EASILY calibrated, you add another dimension to the game! This machine is “TOTALLY RAD!”
I looked at a lot of machines before selecting this one. Having a full sized arcade machine, fully assembled when delivered, unboxing it and literally being able to play 4600 games is awesome! The controls are tight and remind me of/feel like the vintage machines! This is a blast from the past! Hours of fun!

Where do I start, this company is amazing with very reasonable prices. My family are so pleased with our arcade machines. The owner was so wonderful to work with. We texted back and forth probably ten times or so, and he never seemed to be irritated with my questions. He even walked me through some startup system checks. You couldn't ask for any better services. Not to mention that these machines are top of the line. If you are looking for real commercial grade machines, and quality services, stop and look no further. You are at the right place. We will definitely be purchasing some more of his amazing arcade machines.

The arcade is great! Have had a problem with some of the gun games but there are multiple versions of the games and have been able to find versions that work.

LEARNING CURVE BUT NOT HARD TO FIGURE OUT.
Love the machine a perfect addition to my home game room. Only critique is that some of the games are unplayable. Example Final fantasy, Zelda, Duke Nukem, any game that would use multiple buttons or toggles doesn’t function properly. If a PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo controller was able to hook up to this it would be outstanding, and definitely worth a 5 star rating.

This is my second game like this--my first being a sit-down model from Creative Arcades I bought 3 years ago that I still have and that is working fine. These two machines have almost the same game list, with identical game menu screens. I bought this one mainly for the guns. My sit-down model doesn't have guns, and the shooting games I love so much stink without them. Starting from the day I slapped that money down on the barrelhead, it only took 8 days for this game to be delivered right to my door. Packaging was fair, but for the price, and considering the breakability of the innards, I would've thought packaging would be stronger (there was a large open gash in the box that showed thinner-than-expected cardboard). Set-up consists of hooking up the guns and mounting the holsters on the cabinet sides (all hardware included). I did have to manually zero-in one of the guns, but they link you to a simple how-to vid that you only need to watch once. My only problem thus far, is I have to re-zero the guns at least once every time I play for 20 minutes or so, and if I play 5 or six different games. I hope that goes away. Other than that, this game is just as advertised, and a fair bit cheaper than my sit-down macnine.
