The table came well packed and easy to install traveling all the way to Texas. Company was easy to call to and manage initial installation questions we had! The gaming system comes with all the old school games you can enjoy! We enjoy this game table and would use this company if we ever wanted to upgrade to a different game system. Ordering from another state can be worrisome because you don’t know what you will get, but we are 100% happy with our purchase!
Absolutely love the arcade. It’s in the condominium community room so over 200 people get to enjoy it. Sam was awesome with Customer Service. Great experience.
Great ordering experience. The team answered several of my questions in advance, so I could order with confidence. Received the unit in just a couple days, and it was packed securely. Super impressed with the quality of the system-heavy duty cabinet, bright monitor, incredible sound. Perfect for our man cave.
Excellent communication and very quick delivery! The arcade game is awesome! Absolutely love it!!! This machine is commercial grade…not a cheap knockoff.
So far so great! If I had to do again, I would have bought the version with the screen lifting up. It would make it easier to see. We had one or two setup questions, but they quickly answered our questions and everything was resolved fast.
We are very happy with our purchase of the top of the line model 26.5” screen tilt up arcade machine. We were pleased with the great variety of games included (Mario Kart is our favorite) and all the various features including the versus vertical option as well as the 2 player controls on the horizontal version as well. The lights, quality speakers, coin slot and security features as well as the high speed processor installed with the actual computer screen all make for a great at home arcade to be enjoyed be all ages. Sam uses real, quality wood in his assembly which is great for durability knowing you’re getting a product that will last. He also provides a very informative YouTube video explaining all the features and we even had the trackball disconnect while we were moving it but Sam was able to help with another video explaining a solution for that as well. The outstanding customer service as well as the fluid operations and clean look make this a purchase worth every penny.
This is the most amazing, well built, thoroughly professionally crafted arcade game on the market! There is nothing to be let down about! The screen is brilliant, crisp, and articulate. The sound is robust and fulfilling! I cannot say enough about this arcade game as well as the fact that the product arrived extremely well packed and protected! Absolutely do recommend this gaming arcade for your home or business!!!
Service was absolutely amazing!! All games play just as they did in the 80’s and the flip top is an awsome feature. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of gaming system!!
Got this for my son for Christmas tried it out before wrapping it up built well my only complaint would be where the coin slot is it’s on the back side so it wouldn’t be able to put it up against a well if using it for making money
It is great! Only issue are games with the Trackball (I.e. Golden Tee) are difficult to play due the the location of the trackball relative to frame. Can let it fly without hurting your hand/fingers.
I was very surprised that all I had to do was add the legs at the bottom and connect the arcade to the outlet. The games work great so far. We love the arcade very much!!
You sent me a video to make my personal game list, but it is for windows and i have an ipad. Now I have to buy a laptop which I can’t really justify after buying the machine. I am on a fixed income.
Purchased game cabinet for game room in our college housing. It's a huge hit! Little bit of a learning curve with button operations, but company was great with after purchase service and questions. Would highly recommend.
ABVIDEOARCADES is the best! I had many questions and they were all answered within minutes. My whole family is loving the game table! Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing! The shipping was fast. The customer service is great. All my questions were answered. It’s exactly what I expected and I didn’t even realize the one I bought came with the stools.
Bought this for my husband's 50th birthday. I had several very helpful conversations with the owner before purchasing it. The pricing was in line with some other units I'd looked at, but this unit had some upgrades like the remote controlled lighting. Our console arrived within 5 days of ordering. It was very well packaged and protected. Connecting it was as easy as unpacking it and plugging it in. My husband was so surprised. Our family has loved playing it over the last week. Right now I'm listening to my teenage daughter laugh while playing "retro" games with her friends. Priceless!
