Excellent arcade and excellent, responsive customer service. I bought my first arcade from these guys 7 years ago. Still running like a tank but my back doesn't allow me to sit a lot, so I got a stand up. This exceeds expectations. I found games I had forgotten about and can't find elsewhere. 4 players and the guns are a blast. I bet I spent 10x this on inflation adjusted quarters back in the day, to play these. Having every game available at a moment, priceless.
The game is well built. Any questions have been answered quickly. Love this game. Only thing that would make it better is if it could save high scores.
Packed well and shipped with FedEx freight. A little delayed cause of the holidays, but otherwise a great experience. Easy set-up and I was playing my favorite games in no time.
We Love our new arcade system from AB Video arcades! Very easy to assemble with the YouTube video instructions what little we had to assemble. Easy to navigate through all the games. Technical service support was very attentive and helpful when I had a slight issue with the sound (cord fell out with shipping) and we are all very happy with our new toy in the game room! 😊
The game is enjoyed by my entire family young and old. During Christmas and new Years eve parties my family joined around the game and played for hours. It has every game you could possibly remember growing up in the 70's and on! Only one problem; some of the games do not have the proper controls to play properly. the game however, is quality construction and easy to set up and get running. If you have any trouble the support was top notch and eager to help!!!
This is a great arcade machine! We have been looking for one for years and so glad we chose this one. It has every game imaginable. The interface is easy to use. It is heavy duty (biggest complaint I have always read about others is they were cheaply made of particle board). Perhaps the best part has been the customer service. They have answered every question quickly - both before and after the purchase. Would definitely recommend!!
Fantastic machine! It looks, feels, and plays like a classic arcade cabinet. We have the 4600 4-player w/ guns unit, and it is awesome. I need to calibrate the light guns, but otherwise, everything works perfectly and exactly as advertised. Sam was also extremely helpful before and after purchase, and promptly answered all of my question. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I purchased the 4600 unit. It arrived within a week. The unit was super easy to put together (basically adding control panel.to base unit). Looks beautiful in my finished basement. Family is going to have lots of fun with this.
Love this machine! Lots of fun games some I remember playing others are “new” to me. Hours of fun. Very well made and easy to assemble. Only complaint is marquees isn’t what was shown on website.
Sam provided a great customer experience. I look forward to working with him in the future.
Package came on the day I was told it was going to arrive. This machine has all the arcade classics that I played growing up. I was provided pdf files of the gun games and all the games that are loaded onto the machine.
Other more expensive arcades have 10,000 plus games, but I can't imagine what other arcade games I could be missing except for the at home console games that other very expensive machines have. This is the best bang for your buck.
It is the closet machine that comes to plug and play. All you have to do is attach the control panel to the machine and then you are ready to play. The guns even came precalibrated.
I've only had the arcade for a few weeks and have not had the opportunity to explore the game library. You need to set aside days to properly explore all that comes with the machine.
There is no upgrading or adding games, you simply get the games that come with the machine.
An amazing machine just like the arcades. Hours of fun for the family and great communication. Shipped quickly and was wrapped very securely. Highly recommend.
Machine itself is great, all the games we could want, and the assembly videos are super easy to follow. Gets 4 stars instead of 5 because one joystick mount arrived broken and I can’t find any contact info to ask for a replacement. I superglued it and so far that’s working but they really need some kind of aftermarket service number.
It was a really quick ship and then easy set up. Exactly like Sam said it would be. I am happy with it so far, but I haven't had a lot of time to play it. The one thing I will say is the 4 feet for the guns is extremely important. If you are too close the guns don't line up and calibration wasn't necessary as long as you keep 4 feet away from the screen. That was my experience. Thanks again!
Fantastic cabinet. Set up was simple and idiot proof. My family and I love it. We threw a party the day it arrived, and it was a huge hit with the guests. Light guns are accurate and there isn’t a single game that I can think of that isn’t included.
The instructions were great. It was a Christmas gift for our 3 grandchildren…. And their dad. They haven’t stopped playing since Christmas Day!
Thank you!

Absolutely love the machine and the high quality, and assortment of games. Shipping container was also very well packed. Having minor issue calibrating the guns
Thank you so much, customer service was amazing. We had a mistake when putting the delivery address and it got shipped before I. Aught my mistake. They worked with me to catch the delivery and reroute it back to my house! Can’t recommend them enough. The cabinet looks great and functions well!
